It expands upon the ‘Cook Once, Eat Twice’ rule – with planning, you can cook up multiple meals that can be kept for the week ahead or popped into the freezer. The benefits extend beyond just money and time; vitally, it ensures that a wholesome, nutritions plate of food is achievable within minutes.
