Many of us skip breakfast using lack of time or not feeling hungry as an excuse and opting just for a coffee instead. While I don’t think everyone needs to eat breakfast, they need to have good habits and structure before they remove this meal – it’s no good skipping breakfast if you end up bingeing on sugar and carbs later in the day!
I know that not everyone loves the idea of a green juice but trust me, they can be delicious and such a great way to curb sugar cravings and improve energy. A good blender is all you need, and this juice is a simple and delicious one to start with.
Sharing my current favourite super-green juice mix:
Fennel, kale, spinach, cucumber, pear, parsley and lemon. 💚
