How to Make a Green Smoothie

Quench your thirst with a delicious green smoothie that’s refreshing and will keep you feeling healthy from the inside out – it takes seconds and will leave you feeling brilliantly energised.

You’ll need:

Cucumber
Avocado
Apple
Lime
Kale

Method:

  1. Prepare your cucumber, avocado, apple, lime (to take the edge off the flavour of the greens) and kale (the most super green, leafy vegetable that there is)
  2. Put all of your ingredients into your Vitamix or mixer
  3. Add a couple of tea spoons of spirulina – it’s a great way to give longer lasting energy and to pack in some more nutrients
  4. Top it up with Jax coconut water to provide the liquid and blend
