Omega-3 fish oils – these really must be as pure as possible, to avoid the risk of swallowing sea pollution at the same time as your essential omega-3 oils:

  • Nordic Naturals
    They are committed to delivering the world’s safest, most effective omega oils and have a great selection in stock
  • Bare Biology
    This is the only British company that’s certified by the International Fish Oil Standards Programme, an independent lab which tests their oils to very strict standards for strength, purity and freshness. They also make a great pregnancy DHA supplement, which is only one small pill per day, so ideal if you’re feeling nauseous

    A well-known company, stocked in Waitrose, which produces ethical, organic health & beauty products (including a range for babies), free from any nasties

    Born out of a mother’s desire to find a truly natural range of cosmetics for her daughter’s eczema, Green People now makes a wide range of organic and natural products. They also do lots of different ranges including vegan, scent-free, men’s and children

    Ila Spa has created a decadent range of deliciously-scented products, stocked in some of the world’s leading spas. They produce luxury, ethically sound organic skincare, and are a great place to get a spoiling present, for yourself or a loved one!
