The Good Stuff by Lucinda Miller

The Good Stuff, Lucinda Millerr

“The book all parents have been waiting for”

Lucinda Miller is an extraordinary, deeply impassioned, dedicated and skilled practitioner specialising in children’s health and well-being. I know Lucinda well and have done so for a number of years; she is a Naturopath, Iridologist, Herbalist & Functional Medicine Practitioner, and I am lucky enough to call her a valued friend. I interviewed her for my ‘Who’s the Expert?” blog series – you can read the interview here.

I shall allow Lucinda to introduce The Good Stuff, her first book, in her own words as she does it so brilliantly here on her website.

If you are a parent, I strongly encourage its purchase. Together with delicious recipes, it is rich with tips and advice about how to encourage even the fussiest of eaters to enjoy foods that will allow them to thrive, mentally and physically.

I’m not alone in my celebration of the book:

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall: “Helping our kids understand healthy eating should be a massive priority. Lucinda Miller is making a major contribution to that end, with winning recipes and smart tips that will really inspire parents to get their kids eating The Good Stuff.”

Liz Earle MBE: “Feeding good food to our children is fundamental for their wellbeing and Lucinda’s wonderful book manages to turn `nutritious’ into `delicious’ for even the fussiest eaters.”
