Thinking about: Caffeine

While I personally cannot begin the day without my trusted cup of proper tea and usually a coffee mid-morning too, excessive caffeine intake can sometimes be a bit of a problem, particularly when it comes to sleep, for example. This article takes a look at the benefits and potential downsides of caffeine intake and is well worth a read if you often question how much is too much or if it is “good” or “bad” for you.
