Simple Hake in a Bag, Zucchini Ribbons
Brilliantly fresh and full of colourful goodness, this is a no-fuss, super easy dish – best of all, there’s barely any washing up! Hake is a delicious white fish and contains protein but also some other nutrients including vitamin B12, which helps to support our nervous system, and red blood cells which carry oxygen around our body. You can use any other white fish for this recipe. Simply wrap it all up and pop in the oven – my kind of fast food.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 fillets of hake
- Spinach
- Yellow or green courgette / zucchini ribbons (made with a spiralizer)
- Spring onions
- Chilli
- Basil

- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
STEP BY STEP
Wrap it all up in a “bag” of parchment paper and bake in the oven on a medium heat for 10-15 mins until cooked.
That’s it! Super simple.
