breakfast & brunch
Many of my clients recoil at the thought of vegetables or something savoury for breakfast. We so often defer to cereal or toast but, truth be told, our appetite for these is notably due to a triumph of marketing in the US. If we instead take our cue from non-western cultures, we open our palate to variety, a valuable nutrient rich meal to set ourselves up for the day, and a chance to take full advantage of seasonal foods which really do pack an extra nutritional punch – see Summer Frittata, Green Shakshuka, Celeriac Rösti, Vegetable Fritters. Here are some recipes to help inspire you.
