fabulous fish
I adore fish. I know many feel intimated by cooking it, especially shellfish, but it really is one of the easiest things to cook and it takes on such flavour, whether poached, grilled, fried, baked or flung on the BBQ. Fish is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. It’s also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain, especially oily fish (see my article here, ‘Lowdown on Oily Fish‘). Remember the importance of environmentally responsible choices when buying seafood (see here for info).
