#EatInSeason: July

I’ve stolen a little time out this morning to catch up with the garden – it’s overflowing. July’s harvest is HUGE. The juicer is on overtime! I’ve just made a super bright smoothie – raspberry, almond, lemon, spinach & collard – it delighted all my senses! I hope you are enjoying this glorious weather and taking advantage of all that’s in season at the moment – there’s no better time to #eattherainbow.

Summer in the Garden

What’s in season? So much – but here’s a good list for starters!

Blackberries, Blueberries, Apples, Cherries, Gooseberries, Greengages, Loganberries, Plums, Raspberries, Redcurrants, Strawberries

Artichokes, Aubergines, Beetroot, Broad Beans, Broccoli, Cabbage (Red, Savoy and Spring Green), Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chillies, Courgettes, Cucumber, Fennel, French Beans, Garlic, Lettuce, Marrow, Pak Choi, Peas, Radishes, Rocket, Runner Beans, Samphire, Spinach, Spring Onions, Squash, Sweetcorn, Tomatoes, Turnips, Watercress

And herbs galore – too much to eat so I’m freezing some of mine.

I wanted to compose you this little bit of observation just to give thanks yet again for the striking opinions you have documented at this time. It is simply pretty open-handed with you to give without restraint all that many people might have marketed for an electronic book to earn some profit for their own end, even more so considering the fact that you could have tried it in the event you considered necessary. The advice also acted to become good way to understand that many people have the same eagerness much like my very own to know the truth good deal more with regard to this issue. I believe there are a lot more fun moments in the future for individuals who look over your blog post.

Ed Strahan^Almost like a new era cap. It’s a better fit than flex fit or yupoong. 7 3/4 is my size. If you don’t want to screw your new era cap up buy these for work. Or just chillin as well.~5|Amazon Customer^Good quality.~4|

  26. Jessi Nicole^Very cute and comfortable. I was a little surprised when I noticed there weren’t any pockets but that’s not a big deal. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the fact that I was gagging when I opened the package. It reeked like it had been soaked in vinegar. I washed it twice and let it air out for a few days before it went away.~4|Amazon Customer^Love the hoodie. It’s thinner than I thought it would be but that’s great cause I tend to wear hoodies in the heat of summer too. Also the sleeves are a little too short but that tends to happen to me when I buy long sleeves or jackets. Overall I love it cause it’s Castiel so yeah ??~3|VIKINGdale^Bought as b day gift for wife she LOVES it. Got her fast from china too~5|
